Dr. Enzo D’Andrea

Orthopedic manager with more than thirty years of experience in the outpatient clinics of the ASL ROMA 2 where he managed projects and diagnostic-therapeutic pathways on osteoarthritis, vertebral disc disease and bone fragility. He collaborated with Prof. Giorgio Monticelli in a research program of the La Sapienza University Orthopedic Clinic on the LENGTHENING OF hypometric LIMBS on youth peopleOver the years he took a specialization in PSYCHIATRY AND SPORT PATHOLOGY at the University of Rome with Prof. Ignazio Caruso. He also attended a specialization course in MANUAL MEDICINE AND MANIPULATIVE TREATMENT OF JOINT DISEASES at the Institute of Orthopedic Clinic of Prof. Luigi Bocchi of the University of Siena, and in MESOTHERAPY IN REHABILITATION at the IRCCS Santa Lucia Foundation with Dr. Sergio Maggiori. Since 1995 he has been practicing OXYGEN-OZONE-THERAPY in all pathologies of orthopedic interest by subcutaneous, intramuscular, intra-articular, periarticular administration after having ascertained the effectiveness of ozone especially in vertebral disc disease thanks to the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect and the reduction of volume of the herniated disc due to the dehydrating action of the ozone on the disc with reduction of compression on the root, reduction of edema and venous stasis. He is a member of the Scientific Society of Oxygen Ozone Therapy following the therapeutic protocols and using SIOOT certified equipment.
